Our protocols have been enhanced. We are sanitising high-traffic and common-touch areas hourly. To help you regularly wash your hands at any time throughout your stay, we have placed hand sanitisers in public areas.
Please make sure you maintain physical distancing from other guests, such as check-in queues. Furniture in the lobby and lift capacities have been minimised so you can observe safe distancing.
Our housekeeping team members wear masks and gloves when cleaning guest rooms, with UV-C wands used to further sterilise surfaces.

The safety of our team members is extremely important to us. Temperature readings are required as team members report for duty. We have also enhanced protocols for receiving bays, such as temperature readings for delivery persons and hygiene screening of vehicles and equipment.

The additional measures you can do to stay with confidence is to allow us to do temperature screenings. If you feel unwell before your stay, you should consult a doctor and rest at home. If you start to feel unwell during your stay, please contact us immediately.
